Action Plan
No further action required. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment was completed in 2010-2011 and further sampling carried out in 2014 to investigate areas of potential environmental concern. A Human Health and Ecological Risk Assessment was completed and updated between 2014 and 2016. In 2017 and 2018, a soil remediation project was completed to address an outstanding area of soil contamination. Confirmatory sampling indicated that remediation objectives were met, and no further action was recommended. As such the monitoring wells were decommissioned in 2018-19 and the site file was closed. The site will continue to be used for research.
