Action Plan
A Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) (historical review) was completed in 2017-18. Based on the findings of the Phase I ESA, an initial testing program (Phase II Environmental Site Assessment) was subsequently carried out and completed in 2019-20. This assessment did not identify any contamination attributable to the NRC, and no further assessment or risk management activities were recommended for the NRC. Monitoring well was decommissioned in summer 2020 and the site file was closed at the end of fiscal year 2020-2021. The property continues to be used as a research center.
