Action Plan

A Phase III Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) (Delineation Program) was completed in 2005/06. A Supplemental Phase III ESA (Metal Leachate Testing) was conducted in 2006/07 to provide a relatively accurate cost associated with the potential removal and proper disposal of metal impacted soil and lead based paint as identified in previous environmental investigations carried out at the site.

Additional Information

The land use of this property is currently commercial, however, given the development of the Charlottetown GOCB, it is anticipated that this property will be divested this year. Therefore the contingent liability is now set to $0 in 2007/08.
