Action Plan

Screening Level Risk Assessment Completed 2008/2009. Phase I ESA (2007) indicates that a Phase II ESA to assess on-site and off-site Potentail areas of concerns (PAC), close data gaps, reclassify site, determine liability, and identify RAP is required. A Screening Level Risk Assessment should be completed to assess PHC and ethylbenzene impacts identified during the 2010/11 work program. Monitoring wells were closed in FY 2012-13. Property archived from inventory, site closed in FY 2013-14.
