Action Plan

Phase 2 ESA completed to assess potential impacts from former fuel storage AST in MQ basement. Soil analytical results indicate hydrocarbon consitutant concentrations that exceed the applicable CCME standards. Groundwater results indicate all parameters to be below applicable guidelines. Further investigation is warranted to horizontally and vertically delineate the hydrocarbon impacts. Further investigation was completed in 2005-2006 and determined that minor residual contamination could be left in place to naturally attenuate, considering that minor leak source was removed in 1992. No groundwater or indoor air quality concerns.
