Action Plan

November 2018 - A limited ESA II found exceedances in F1 F2 and F3 PHCs across the site. September 2019 - A remediation Action Plan recommended that the property be excavated to the depth of permafrost and be refilled with suitable backfill. November 2022 - Property was excavated in accordance with the remediation action plan. Confirmatory sampling revealed that concentrations exceeding the CCME guidelines for residential/parkland use at the north, northeast, south and west property boundaries were still present. The installation of a geomembrane on the walls of the excavation was completed and considered sufficient to prevent migration of contaminant on site. Site closed in 2023
