Phase I ESA Identified area of potential environmental concern. Further Assessment is required. Phase II ESA to be completed. Update: A phase II was completed for this APEC. There was no impacts identified in the soil. Although groundwater concentrations was not assessed (the monitoring wells were dry), given the absence of elevated soil concentrations, it is not expected that groundwater quality would be impacted at these areas and a return trip to complete groundwater monitoring and sampling is not required. No further environmental assessment is recommended.
